Three words… Give, Full, Margin.
I haven’t blogged in a long time. But it is not for a lack of words or thoughts.
Give: In January, many of my friends chose a single word for the year to ponder and apply in their lives. Some of them blogged about it. While I pondered and came up with the word “give”, I have not blogged my thoughts on this word and why I chose it.
Full: Life has been full. In a good way, and sometimes a challenging way. But nonetheless it has been full.
Margin: Because of the aforementioned word, there has not been much margin in my life. And margin is where I write. Living a long time without margin is not a good thing for anyone, so I’m seeking margin and looking forward to getting back to my already infrequent blogging.
As I reflect on these words that have themed the first few months of 2011 for me, I realize how intertwined they are. And alas, another blog post idea pops in my head.
So I’m off for now, seeking a bit of margin.
Oh, and P.S... add Yikes to my words. I have a new laptop (yes, I'm dabbling in the world of Mac) and my blog colors are horrendous on this screen. They look nothing like what I've seen on other screens. So... that may be my first order of business!
